Once we receive your order in our system, we start to process it and get your item(s) ready to ship as soon as we can. Hence any canceled order is subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order is already shipped you will also be responsible for the shipping charges that we incur for any canceled order. Further, once the order is shipped, we can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order. If a shipment is returned back to us as customer was not available to receive the delivery or customer refused the delivery without any damage, the customer will be charged the shipping cost for shipping the item both ways, 5% to cover for our order processing related costs plus any other cost that we incur. The customer will only be refunded the remaining amount once we receive the shipment back.
Damages in Transit
Please be sure to thoroughly inspect the item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) arrive damaged in transit, it is best to refuse the item(s) back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately of the refusal. If you accept the package, please take pictures of the damage and make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Please hold on to the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in as it is and notify immediately on email@example.com for us to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise. It is very important to note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record because if the damage in not noted at the time of delivery, you accept the item as is.
30 Days Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days. Please remember to hold on to the original packaging just in case you’d like to return the item(s) within the 30 days timeframe. To initiate return please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or call us on (833) 690-0909 and share details. Please note that the item must be in new and unused condition and must be returned 100% complete along with all components, accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, tags and all package contents in original boxes and packing materials with approved Return Authorization number to be eligible for a return.
Upon receiving you return request, we will email you the instructions along with the required Return Authorization number to initiate return. Customers must ship the item back as per the instructions in this email and within 5 days of receiving their RMA number. Any item that is sent back without Return Authorization number or without following the instructions in this email is not covered by our return policy.
Usually, we offer free shipping but when an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways i.e., the actual cost we incur in shipping the item(s) to the customer as well as the return shipping cost. Also, to cover for our order processing related costs and transaction fees, we charge 5% when an item is returned.
We do not accept returns on cables or custom products.
Once the item is received and inspected by the manufacturer and the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded the remaining amount on your original payment method. Please note that return will not be accepted or will be subject to 20% or more restocking fee if the item is not found to be in new and unused condition or if the item is not returned 100% complete along with all components, accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, tags and all package contents in original boxes and packing materials.
After giving your package for return shipment, please allow four weeks time for the refund to be reflected at your side. This time period is calculated taking in account the time to receive your shipment, time to process your return at our end as well as your bank’s time to process and post the refund. However, in most cases you will receive the refund before the four weeks duration.
For defective item(s), you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty policy as applicable on the item.
